OK product works best with plates
These plates are the right size for serving pastries and are dishwasher safe. But they are not very strong. If the plate is not fully supported when in use, your fork can easily break it and cut through the dough. Several of us jumped. Even with the cracked floor, we're still using slabs, but we'd like them to be more durable.
