Review on πŸ’Ύ Lexar JumpDrive V40 32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive, 3-Pack Black: Reliable Storage Solution for Data on the Go by Jeremy Adams

Revainrating 1 out of 5

It's terrible.

Physical size is fine, capacity is as advertised but they are slow as snot at the North Pole and not particularly reliable. USB 2.0 should theoretically deliver 60Mbps, but that's far from the case. Also, they seem prone to crashing; I've only been using them for a month and it looks like at least one of them has become a major beatbuster in the sky. I bought them because Lexar was owned by Micron and overall they were pretty good; After buying them I realized that Micron sold Lexar to a Chinese company in 2017 and it looks like they are now using the cheapest NAND with no regard for quality.
