Good price for assembly I think but I only needed the plastic tie next to the mower handle. Unfortunately, the design is such that you have to change the whole thing! poor design, and also that the plastic collar had to be aluminum for strength. Be sure to leave as much SLAV as possible before tightening the bottom screw. This cable doesn't need to be very tight when you hook it, and if it's taut the plastic tie will snap even on a new one. You don't want the hook to slip out of your hand, but it needs to be free so it can rattle (but not fall out of your hand) when the blade isn't hooked.
