We have 2 small dogs (20lbs) and we originally bought these leashes for evening and early morning walks. They turned out to be our favorite leashes we've ever had and the only ones we use now! We have blue-green and blue-pink colors. Both have excellent day and night visibility. With small dogs sometimes people don't even see them during the day so having the colorful leash we found is a plus! The durability of the line was excellent. We have been using it for several months now, the leash has never worn out. One of our dogs also chews and has chewed through several leashes/harnesses. Being a rope leash, he didn't chew on that leash! The canvas handles are perhaps our favorite part. They are soft and comfortable for your hand, which is just beautiful. Many small dog leashes do not include this. Also, it's great to find a leash that has a smaller girth and isn't too big for a 20 pound dog! It's not too heavy for my little pups, but still strong and durable! 100% recommended!
