The packaging is very clean, nicely designed and stylish. This is in line with the idea of an Apple product that receiving and opening your purchase is a pleasure. At first I wasn't sure if this would fit securely in the vent, but in the 4th picture you can see there is a dial to tighten the 'hook'. Installing the holder creates a solid 3 point phone holder and I am very happy with how secure it is. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and it's fantastic. It should be noted that on my truck the shifter on the steering column is too close to the vent so I can't install it directly there and have to use the left side vent or the passenger vent instead. It's okay, but you need to know about it. This is my second Andobil phone product (I have bike phone mounts) and once again I am delighted with the product and their customer service! I will definitely continue to buy from this company.
