I love these trumpet skirts and have a lot of them. However, this has a really nice drape and flow, and I was thrilled to see tie-dye in colors that easily paired with tops. Modal garments like this are fine for me, I see some people complaining about the length, but they are made to fold in the waist to adjust the length at will. You can wear it as a sheath dress over a bathing suit for sunbathing on your shoulder, or simply pull it over the action with an open blouse or a light summer cardigan. Either fold it up once at the top to get floor length - it acts as a tummy support and flattens the lower tummy which I need, many of us need, or fold it several times to reduce the length. Because these pieces are so versatile, I now have a dozen of them, and they're not expensive, so I wear and wash them until worn out, then use them as cool-weather nightwear. They pack away nicely when rolled tightly from waist to floor for a suitcase drawer or dresser. They look great with sandals, trainers or sneakers, clogs, tennis flats, punk boots and a denim jacket for that 90's rock look or barefoot. I'm small/petite and the extra length makes me feel somewhat taller.
