It looks very well built and yet is very light. It has front and rear buckles, and it is necessary or it will be blown up by the wind, leaving the bike uncovered. I have a tall windshield, wide handlebars and a tall bike and it closes very well. It has reflective strips sewn on the front and sides, very bright and comfortable, as well as a pair of large grommets that allow you to use the front wheel lock when the front wheel is closed very well. My only concern is durability; Its very light build could mean a shorter career, it's only been on my bike for about a month, I'll come back to this product with an update in a year or if needed. So far I'm very happy with it. (And the light weight is a plus if you're packing it for traveling with your bike; it's a lot more compact than most).
