This is my first neck fan and I am very impressed with it. It is quite light and comfortable to wear around the neck. It works well and helps me stay cool on a hot day. The bladeless fans inside are quite powerful and create good airflow through the vents that run through both parts of the neck fan (the vents are on the top only). The neck fan is easy to use. It can be adjusted by stretching both arms out to the side to widen the hole and squeezing them together to narrow the hole. The arms are made of solid ABS plastic and the center section on the back is a silicone-wrapped piece that can be bent to adjust. The large round piece of chrome on each shoulder is a slightly raised air intake. Below the chrome is a bladeless fan that draws air through ports along the handle. You will feel the air coming out of the vents, which is very nice on a hot day. On the left shoulder of the neck fan is a button (flush with the arch) that turns the fan on with each press, toggles 3 available fan speeds, and turns it off. Next to it is a blue LED to show it's on. The fan is relatively quiet at low speeds. As expected, the volume increases with the fan speed. It's noticeable at top speed but not annoying as it's a low-frequency noise and not a high-pitched noise. The micro USB charging port is located on the bottom of the left arm. It's not covered. The blue LED lights up during charging. Holds a charge well. In fact, mine arrived with a charge to power the fan for a good 5 minutes before deciding to just charge it up rather than wait for it to completely drain. The neck fan comes with a micro USB charging cable (very short), a small product manual and a tiny product quality certificate. I like the soft touch silicone section in the middle as the neck fan hangs on the back of the neck which is the main point of contact and where the weight of the fan will be. My main issue with the neck fan is that it's quite large, perhaps by necessity. It's a bit awkward to wear if you don't feel like wearing it around your neck when you're out and about. I wish it had a drawstring storage bag. It would be really handy to protect the neck fan if I just put it in my backpack. Overall I am very happy with this neck fan. It's fairly light, comfortable and does a good job of keeping you cool on a hot day. This works fine for me. I would recommend trying it.
