Advantages:1. Cordless - easy and flexible to use.2. The calluses are gone - I had 4 big hard calluses, I've only used this file once (about 3 weeks ago) and when I tried to use the file again today the other 2 calluses were gone.3. Can be combined with other products/tools. I usually use this product in conjunction with a callus razor or a sharp knife to shave off dead skin. This is how it worked for me.4. In just 5 uses it can heal your foot - I think if you have a callus/corn like stone like I do you may need to use the file 4-5 times. I've only used it twice and I can tell a big difference. Disadvantages: 1. More file heads. I wish there were more file heads in the foot file. The current one can be smooth after the 3rd use.2. Waterproof - I hope it was waterproof too to make it easier to wash and clean. But as I understand it, the effectiveness of the file is tested on dry skin, not wet skin.
