Small but loud! in Staff Fans

The fan is very noisy. I work in a hospital at night so the noise level is very high for such a small size. Another thing is that the airflow is not that good because of all the noise. I need him to be inches away from me to feel anything. I tried the sponge in ice cold water, I didn't feel any difference because the sponge wasn't there. I am not sure if I will have the device.
