This is a review of the COOSPO Heart Rate Monitor Bluetooth ANT+ HRM Chest Strap Waterproof Chest Heart Rate Monitor Compatible with Peloton, Zwift, Wahoo, Rouvy, Strava I use a Garmin Edge 500 and it pairs easily with it. I also sometimes use the MapMyRide app on my iPhone and it also connects to this app via bluetooth. The HR monitor has an LED light, which I don't really find useful, but it should indicate that it's working and should also indicate with a blue flash when you're pairing. Also, when you turn on the monitor for the first time, you will hear a double beep to indicate that it is receiving heart rate data. After putting it on, it takes about 5 seconds before you hear a beep. When you take it off, it will emit a single beep after about 15 seconds, letting you know it's no longer receiving heart rate data. The monitor appears to be working reliably, but I don't see much value in the LED or beep. What would be useful would be some sort of battery level indicator. Unfortunately there aren't any.
