I'm 5'6" and 135 lbs. I ordered a small and it fits great. I think this dress will flatter all body types. It's so comfortable and can be worn top or bottom but I think it's more elegant. I bought it in black and beige. I've seen it as a staple in my wardrobe for several seasons. The quality is great and the price is even better.
