Lovely dress - definitely runs small. I ordered a size 0 for my 13 year old daughter. She is 30-23-33", 97" and 5ft 3.5". The dress fit her perfectly. Although it hugs her bust nicely (she would be 26c if they made bras that small) , she is very small, and I think someone who is more developed would fit this dress. I expect the distress will not fit within a year as she continues to grow. (Apart from her size, she fits in easily Kids wear size 44 and we usually have to buy skinny pieces if we can find long enough) This dress was an AWESOME find for her and looks amazing I hope she gets to wear it a few times before it gets too small .
