Ladies these tutus are just too much fun. I am a plus size woman and ordered a plus size tutu. I made my Halloween costume and it did exactly what I needed. I'm 5ft 7" and 300. It was by far the best suit I've ever had. I also got antennas and wings from Revain. Small should fit women from size zero to size 14.
