We had several different projects with DD that gave us tremendous benefit to our business from both an operational perspective as well as customer service capabilities in regards to new products/services coming into market place for this product line.

Our main project was helping them implement SAP HANA within there system which required significant data transfer between multiple systems across various organizations so it took quite some time but once we got things up and running they were extremely happy with results. They are still using all of the functionality today after almost a decade since their initial launch. The biggest problem is finding someone who can do this type work anymore! I would highly recommend contacting out team at DDC if you need help building your own ERP or CRM solution by leveraging existing technologies already available through vendors like Microsoft & Oracle.
