Surprisingly, this brand has passed.
I was skeptical because their brushes are terrible. However, this is the best brush cleaner I have used so far. I used OG entertainment brands and got tired of how much I had to use and how expensive it was. I even made my own brush cleaner using online recipes. With this substance, I spray once on a clean towel (thin, typically used for rags, but soft), run the brush over the stain, and then wipe the brush over the dry portion of the towel. I find the process easy to control and don't feel like I'm wasting the product. I am impressed.
