The skirt is very cute and the length is perfect. It fits true to size but I ordered a size up to be on the safe side but I feel like the XS would fit a bit better as the small size is a bit looser on my waist. For reference, I usually wear size 3 jeans and leggings size XS (PINK, Reebok). Definitely recommend for a Halloween costume if you want something solid that looks real and not what the costume shops sell!
