This strap is worth the money! Some reviewers complained that there were no instructions. It is a very long strap attached to a clip buckle. I had no trouble putting it on, no instructions required. I placed the strap on the mattress and followed the edge stitching. Make sure the strap is not twisted or twisted. Thread the free end through the buckle and pull the extra strap through until the strap is slightly smaller than the circumference of the mattress. Place a piece of the strap on the corner of the mattress and do the same on the opposite side. Repeat for other corners. The strap should be tight enough so that it does not slip off the mattress, but loose enough to allow you to slip your fingers into the strap at any time. Pass the strap through the middle of the mattress edge on all 4 sides, then pull the strap tight. Make sure the mattresses are level and as vertical as possible to each other and re-tighten the strap. I then tied the loose end of the strap in a knot to make sure it didn't come loose and tucked the extra 3ft of straps under the mattress.
