I bought this to run dual monitors on my mid 2012 Macbook Pro laptop and it can't even see the monitor so I can use it. **Rating updated due to excellent customer service** Unfortunately the monitor didn't work with my Macbook version as it was a much older version. But the InnoView team worked directly with me to fix bugs and find different ways to see if it's still working for me. But it didn't work for this type of laptop. But they told me they would work with their engineers and see if they could make it compatible in the near future. They could send me back and get a refund. I will definitely be buying more products from them in the near future, you just won't find great customer service of this caliber again! Thanks to the InnoView team!
