Pre-ordered it approximately one and a half years ago. Screen repairs cost approximately one-half of the price of a brand new phone. As a consequence of this, it showed me 2%, and then it suddenly dropped to 0%, about which I still had time to talk to you immediately. I didn't use the battery until it was completely dead—instead, I shut the phone off, charged it, and then switched it back to normal mode—but now it won't hold a charge at all! The final drop was the power button, which almost completely lost its ability to click. Now I have no idea when I clicked, as if into nothingness, and I have no idea why. The impression that someone took money out of their pocket and gave them some kind of gorgeous object that was worthless in exchange for it. Probably, I've given up on trying to resolve this issue with Samsung.
