OK, as mentioned in the previous review they seem to be a bit smaller for wearing over the head. However, by slightly flexing the headband (don't be afraid to), you can loosen the clamp and adjust the angle of the end attachment of the yolk so that the cups sit flat and can move back and forth on the ear. that is the main problem. I can get them to fit my head better than average and leave a LITTLE wiggle room for adjustment. The pads are round, and while they're not small, they'll cradle your ear. Your ear touches the top, bottom, and inside of the cups. I agree with that 100%. Some headphones try not to touch, and when they touch, it's annoying. They accept the touch and feel great. I wear them for hours. sound I think. It's like a Fostex TH900 for kids with an open back. Warm and welcoming. Never sharp or painful. They outperform the X2HR in shipping and are arguably the easiest to control headphones I've ever used. Bass is played with a smoothness you don't typically find at this price point, and the soundstage is wide enough to make it suitable for games and acoustic material. They will sell well if my rating falls. If you read this review before this happens, buy with confidence. Comfort can be fixed without changing pads, and the sound is just great. Plus they look 10/10.
