Works best with USB fans

After a year at home, my family started going out for the weekends. I mostly go to parks or somewhere outside with open spaces. A very neat little gadget that keeps your throat cool. You can rotate the fans to direct the air to the right place. Just enough for our little family walk in real sunshine. 🤣
