While visiting our local children's museum, we came across a worker using these rocket balloons. They were a real hit with the kids including my 4 year old son. So of course I looked on Amazon and found the exact same ones. They arrived in 2 days and my son was just as excited about them as he was about the museum. There are actually some scientific concepts that can be incorporated into mini-lessons with this small, humble toy (like force, motion, the behavior of gas molecules, etc.). So from that point of view it's amazing. My son, on the other hand, only finds them "silly noises" and likes to chase after them. I would give them five stars BUT we had a few balloons when they started to inflate. Another danger is that they get stuck in trees and roofs very easily, so plan on losing a few. Overall this is a cute toy that can also be educational and kept my son entertained for a good 30 minutes.
