I bought this neck fan for my granddaughter. She used to have one that had little fans on each end. She has very curly hair that got caught in her hair and destroyed the motor of one of the fan blades. So we started looking for a new one. We stumbled upon this and she said she thought it would work for her. Upon arrival/delivery she was thrilled to receive something that looked "super cool". it really looks like you're wearing headphones around your neck. We charged it, about 2 hours for a full charge. She put it on and immediately said it was better than the old one. The piece around the neck is very smooth and feels silky. The old one was ordinary hard plastic. This one around the neck also has a raised design that allows it to stay in place...it doesn't slip like the old one. The fan part is bent. You can bend it 360 degrees. It can be positioned on you in the most comfortable position. And he stays. It does not start to fall after being placed in the desired position. Best of all, this one was half the price of the previous one... and she couldn't get tangled up in the fan blades anymore.
