Review on 👁️ Kevyn Aucoin Professional Eyelash Curler - Achieve Instant and Long-Lasting, Lengthened Curl of Lashes, 0.3 Ounce by Nikki Grossarth

I've never used a Kevyn Aucoin curler and I'm not sure if it's real. PRO: Opens really wide making it easy to capture my long (but sparse and straight) lashes - great! (See photo versus Sephora curlers). CONS: Seems a lot more likely to pinch lashes than other curlers I've used over the years. It has slightly rough metal "loops" that stick out further on each side than my Sephora curler (see photo with blue arrows). They pinched my skin under my eyes multiple times while I was trying (I'm in my 40's). It also seems to pinch my eyelids if I'm not very careful. I've used Shu Uemura and other curlers in the past and thought I'd give this one a try based on the high reviews. I was really hoping to find a replacement but not sure if it's fake or just doesn't fit the hype or doesn't suit my eye shape - a bit deep and small. To stay in good condition but I wouldn't say it's fabulously better than other curlers. As you can see it came in different packaging than the product photo but it says 'Made in Japan'. A replacement seal was included - was only in the box, not packed.
