Had to give 1 star as there was no option for minus stars. I've seen good and bad reviews, congratulations to the lucky ones! This antenna is NOT plug and play as advertised. Nonsensical instructions! Written in Chingris and in microscopic size, I had a magnifying glass and I'm still having trouble! Following the same instruction did NOT start it. Your best bet is to buy 1) an American 2) a reputable name 3) a company that has at least some form of tech support. I suspect they are cut off from the rest of the world due to the current political climate, but a company that operates internationally needs support outside of politics. In a nutshell. I worked with this garbage for 5 days and caught a virus from the program that came with it. Now I have a virus on my new $1400 laptop and still no wifi! Don't waste your time and money! The best thing I did with this piece of junk was return it.
