Review on Frigidaire 5304460923 Door Latch Dishwasher by Steve Snyder

This item is an official part and fits snugly in my 18" dishwasher. I really don't like how the design means it's almost guaranteed to fail at some point since the point of contact between this latch and the dishwasher is basically rocking/shaking and slamming when you close the dishwasher. and over time it becomes weak or brittle and cracks. However, since this is an official part that is designed and functions exactly like the original part, I give it 5 stars. It cost me $20 to repair it myself instead of the $100+ it would have cost me to just call a service technician to my home. It also only took 10 minutes.
