As mentioned, they take less than 10 minutes to install. Installation would have been much easier if the kit had included nuts for the top bolts and special hex nuts for the two bottom holes, like other models from this manufacturer. (See HD Instructions for Part #58002-09A). Overall the fit and finish was great and once fitted they look just as good as the OEM for a quarter of the price. Considering they are molded from ABS and are not performance or safety critical, I see no reason to pay $100 for the HD. I haven't had a chance to test them yet, but I expect they will work fine.
