Excellent value for the money; I debated between several models for a long time before settling on this one. My previous device, a Sony SWR10, was great, but I was looking for something analogous that included a pulse measurement function. I thought about getting the Sony SWR12, but the fact that its battery lasts for only two days, that it costs three times as much, and that it does not have a display worked against it. Some pros: It has a low price, a large number of straps that can be replaced, the capacity to monitor heart rate and sleep phases, and it can stay charged for a considerable amount of time (7-8 days in the mode of periodic heart rate measurement) Some drawbacks include the following: the heart rate measurement isn't always accurate, the device doesn't come with the capability to test your heart rate on a periodic basis (to do so, you need to install an application from a third-party developer), and there is no smart alarm function. The device has its own port, which is used for charging purposes.
