Total less than 90 days from purchase. The device was connected but not used most of the time. I banged on the table holding the hub, causing it to vibrate, and heard the computer make a disconnecting noise. Research shows that the connector will not connect unless constant upward pressure is applied. This applies no matter which cable I use - the socket on the device is defective, not the plug on the cable. The connection at both ends of the USB cable and the power cable is made on the same table, so table movements cannot stress the connections. Revain gave me the phone number of the (seriously?) supplier for support. After contacting the seller I will change my rating.
