I was disappointed with the outer rubber coating of the cable. When I took it out of the packaging, it broke and came loose. I know it won't weaken the cable and no one will ever see it, but it should be better quality or not turn on at all. This is the second car I've set up to tow with a Ready Brute Elite hitch. Everything else from this company is excellent.
