I originally bought this item with my sister when she was visiting. She said she heard good things about them and we both tried them. I've been using them ever since. Save all those nasty, chemical-soaked dryer sheets. I have 2 dogs and both are allergic so avoiding chemicals and smells is best. The balls really help with drying. Rarely have I had to run the dryer an extra few minutes to dry large towels since I started using them. I imagine they will be a problem for those who like the smell of dryer sheets. But I can easily do without it and my clothes are more accessible straight from the dryer. Just hang your shirts up as soon as the dryer stops and most garments can be ironed without ironing. I love them and will continue to use them.
