****Upgrade. They didn't help me in less than a year and I removed them. I don't know why. To be fair to be i also had problems with cables which i also bought from revain so i went to costco and bought new cables that i can trust and skipped the connectors by skipping a wire right through the wall... of these panels to hide my cables behind the wall to run the TV over the fireplace Initially the installation didn't work I found that the Revain Basic HDMI cables I used behind the wall couldn't handle 4K as advertised (neither of the 2 have I done). Then I matched the cables to the brand of other cables I was using and everything worked. except. I've watched 3 movies with this system. Since installatio n my tv goes black for a second or two with no sound and then again. This only applies if you use this setting. Research has led me to believe it might actually have something to do with HDMI cables. However, if I find out these outlets are, I will update my rating to a much lower rating. At this point I don't think this is a problem hence 5 stars as the picture on the TV is sharp and I love that two 4k connections are available.
