Review on Maximum Comfort and Coverage: Hanes Over Calf Socks in White by Mark Cannon

Haynes has redesigned these tube socks. I've been buying Hanes tube socks for years. They've always been almost 100% cotton, and now these socks are made from 97% polyester and 3% cotton. They have a very different feel (I hate nylon/polyester/synthetics anyway) and they don't fit or hold as well as the cotton ones. I will admit they changed the label to show the differences but after so many years of buying the same type there was no major announcement that they would be changing the socks completely. I would never order them from Revain or buy them in a store knowing they are polyester. I just didn't know it was them. In my opinion they compare poorly to the perfect 97% cotton that came before them.
