The screen died after 11 months, the seller does not respond to my letter regarding the guarantee
This product has worked well for about 11 months. The screen suddenly went blank (many vertical bars) and I was unable to contact the seller to discuss a warranty replacement. Dell warrants this product for a minimum of 1 year but will not honor it unless purchased directly from Dell. I emailed this seller with my issue but received no response.
