Comfortable feeling under your wrist, it's firm and springy enough to be comfortable during long sessions. She's sweating a bit, although of course my hands are sweaty, so that could be the case. The 0.75-inch height is enough to fit it about an eighth of an inch below the front of a standard mechanical keyboard case, which I find ideal. I keep a very neutral wrist position most of the time. It serves its purpose well and doubles up nicely when my family members are bugging me. Pains!
