I have been knitting socks for a while and have several pairs of high quality socks. Needless to say I was blown away by the quality of this pair. Very light fabric but very warm. I wore them in my not so well insulated apartment and they kept my toes from getting cold. I have several pairs of Teko socks that I bought about three years ago and the heel is getting thinner and they can't keep up with the warmth my new socks bring me. The only thing I would recommend is that if you're a size 7, don't go for a small size between a 4.5 and 7, go for a pair of medium ones instead.
