I bought three (types) of these for upcoming trips to Chile, France and Iceland. We have just come back from the past and I can say unequivocally that I am very happy with my Ceptics adapter. Airports have a limited number of USB adapters and they are used so often that many of them no longer work. I bypassed their USB ports and used a nearby 220V socket instead. Despite other people fighting for space, there was always a free 220V socket, and with my USB cables pre-connected to mine Ceptic plugged in, I had to reach out to everything I had to do and plug it in. On the plane, I plugged in my USB-C charger. into my travel adapter so I can work on my laptop during the flight. While I was concerned that in turbulence the adapter might come loose with a heavier charger, this was NOT the case. In our hotel I charged my computer, iPad and iPhone overnight without any problems. A definite BUY - I just have to remember to take the right one with me on our next trip.
