Note that when digging the screw holes, there is a square just below the round head that won't fit in your freshly drilled holes. I drilled out about 1/8" with a large drill bit and then tapped it with a rubber mallet. Also, one of my nuts was too small to fit the bolt. Luckily I had one in my junk drawer that did. Not in the Related to the product but also try to buy two of your woods that are the same weight, I have one that is still fairly wet and very stiff (good) and the other is fairly dry and more flexible, this will make one side more dented and the cart may tip over and fall.
