The dragon was a hit at Christmas. The packaging was good, as was the dragon. I'm glad I didn't listen to reviews about screws or a bad remote and didn't buy it. Our son loves it and it works well. We love all the lights, his arms, wings and head even move when he walks. My only recommendation is to send the item by post. I put the batteries in and it turned off immediately. I was afraid the surprise would be ruined by Santa, but luckily he didn't hear it before I turned it off. Otherwise I would buy from them again at any time. Zero problems and happy with our purchase.
