I ordered a box but before it arrived I saw it would be late so I ordered another box that would arrive on time. Meanwhile, I didn't open them until one box was open, another had torn plastic cartridges and a jumble of packaging. I hope they didn't accidentally ship a used one. But the other box was in perfect condition. It was a bit difficult for me to swap the chips, but I managed it in the end. The plastic box was torn off and the cartridges were opened. I haven't used them yet and since there is no way to measure the amount of ink I'm stuck. However, the cartridges in the other box were new, in good condition and working properly.
