Poor workmanship

I really like using these load cells for projects, but I have had two bad experiences with this supplier. Both times I have received strain gauges with exposed strain gauge wiring due to a lack of silicon at the corners. This is not the case with other providers. I'm assuming they're all from the same bad batch.
