I am very disappointed. I feel ripped off. I open the glass and find it's half full. $30 for a half full container?! Serious?! I can't even say it's delicious because I haven't eaten anything yet. I opened the can and my immediate response was literally "What the heck?" Well, yeah! *** Updated from the original post. I posted this post right after opening the jar. Michael from MaryRuth Organics customer support contacted me a few hours later. I have to say they have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your customer service is definitely 5 stars! They did their best to make me happy and they did. Also, I finally tried the powder and I liked it. Finally there is a powder that does not have an unpleasant chalky taste and contains excellent ingredients. My only concern is that I still think they should either fill the glass full or use a smaller glass. Nobody wants to open a product and see that it's half full. However, they gave me a full refund and replaced my order AND let me keep the ones I had. For that and for a product that I really liked, YES 5 stars.
