These are not static pressure fans, but for the price you absolutely can't beat them. Work. My only concern is that I wish the fan controller had six fans instead of the usual five packs of three or more, or if they sold packs of five. Also, they seem to pop in and out of camp very often. Update: 12 months later. These are the best RGB fans you can get, I have nine of these in a full size rig and they just work, they're pretty much there and they look good. I only wish the 3 pack came with a remote control because the built in lighting options are better than most not all RGB programs.
