The socks looked great when they arrived. The size was perfect and my son wore them for several hours ice fishing and they kept his feet warm. However, the first time we washed them (in cold water on delicate linen and in a zipped garment bag) they not only settled twice but frayed like crazy and the threads in the sock area are already coming.
