Fit was a little snug but not uncomfortable at 5'8" and 170 lbs. started to chafe a lot when running around the 7 mile mark. The bike padding is very thin and does a good job of not chafing or chafing the fabric.can't comment on how well it works.while riding as this suit was only worn once before the zip failed.The zip goes on this suit very deep and is a lightweight construction - meaning if a chub presses on it it can come loose. The short sleeve version worked better and was good value for money.
