Ordered about 6 muscle shirts and tried to find one. This one was close. The material is better quality than the competition (but most of it was pure junk). The chest fits well but the arms and shoulders are still a bit small. Where they really went wrong was the height of the shirt. It was about 3 inches shorter and has side slits that make the problem worse. Manufacturers indicate that this is a shirt with muscles: more chest, more arms, more shoulders, more length, the same size of the abdomen is preserved. Length is important as the extra bulk in the back/chest and shoulders lifts the shirt.
