My carpet was steam cleaned by a professional. There was a stain I should ask them to remove. After the professional left, the stain returned and spread. They came back a second time for an additional charge and tried again. They said the stain was on the carpet. The stain has grown again. Later I ordered and used OxiClean. stain removed!
