Update: It's been a few months and I still have wrinkles. They're better, we did a lot of stretching and weighing and playing around with it to get it this far. However, looking at everyone else's photos and knowing that a friend ordered a similar rug and everything was fine, I think I was unlucky with the delivery. This rug was obviously bent/crushed/hit by heavy objects somewhere and I've had no luck. I'm leaving this review because all the creases took so much work and are still collecting dust and such. Better, but certainly not flat. But I'll admit that mine is most likely an anomaly/fault - there's just no real way to send this back unless you're lucky like me. I can't imagine this rug ever lying flat. It doesn't have a few creases from shipping, it looks like someone crumpled it up into a ball for several years and put something heavy on top of it the entire time. There was no "reverse folding to iron out the creases" unless you wanted it to be your full-time job for the next year or so. It looks TERRIBLE - like the danger of stumbling upon a $5 disaster when you felt awfully generous about a lawn sale. That is, the colors are good, there is no smell of garbage, so there are pluses. And her only advice is to put some furniture on it. Did you know that if you put furniture on top of a crumpled item and move it, it will crumple up even more? Plan on 2 to 3 people to help you with the lifts and carries, stretches and flattens if you're unlucky with this product like I've had.
