I bought a 1.5ft pair to use in the trunk between the EQ and the amp. I plugged one in and turned everything on, but I didn't hear any sound on one channel. I thought my equalizer was defective, but I noticed that the cables were already disconnected from the amp's RCA jacks. I push them back in and notice how loosely they sit on the plugs. So it was with both cables. All round metal connectors look good but there is no way to adjust the clamping force like there is with clamshell RCA connectors. I had to arrange the cables so that they were constantly under pressure, otherwise the channel would shut off 3 seconds after being connected. My advice is if you are using them in a stationary environment where your gear remains FULLY stationary then they can work. But for $15 I'm disappointed and will order others.
